Charlie Tarzian

Chief Executive Officer


At the helm of our operation since 2006, Charlie is a walking encyclopedia on running an integrated communications business and developing real-time marketing and sales automation systems.

Before joining us, Charlie was the Chief Executive Officer of the New York region of Euro RSCG. Previous to that, as CEO, he successfully integrated the independent digital shop, Circle.com, into Euro RSCG’s worldwide network. Circle.com at that time was a 650-person, 13-office multinational group. Before that, he served as both Chief Strategy Officer and Chief Technology Officer of Circle.com - where he developed a full range of internet professional services, including strategic e-commerce consulting and online marketing.

Charlie was also President of Blau Marketing Technologies, the technology subsidiary of independent marketing giant, Barry Blau & Partners – the largest independent direct marketing agency until its sale to Snyder Communications in 1998.


Fred Kaseff

Chief Financial Officer


A lawyer and accountant with over 20 years as a Chief Financial Officer in the marketing services industry, Fred brings a wealth of financial and legal experience to ‘mktg’.

Before joining us in 2007, Fred had spent most of his career as CFO of Brann Worldwide, a division of Havas Advertising, and Brann's predecessor company, the direct marketing agency Barry Blau & Partners. During his 17-year tenure there, Fred managed Blau’s initial public offering in 1985 and subsequent sale to Snyder Communications in 1998, and took on the additional role of Vice Chairman in integrating 14 offices in 4 countries under the Brann Worldwide marketing services network for Havas.

Early in his career, Fred worked as a Staff Accountant with KPMG LLP, and as a Corporate Associate in the New York-based law firm, Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP.

Whichever hat Fred happens to be wearing, we're just glad he's on our side.

Charlie Horsey

Division President – Sports, Entertainment and Events


Charlie is Division President - Sports, Entertainment and Events of 'mktg'. Most recently, Charlie was Chief Executive Officer and a founding partner of mktgpartners. Prior to that, Charlie was Chief Executive Officer of Clear Channel Entertainment’s Contemporary Marketing group (“CMI”) and before this elevation to CEO, served various prominent roles within Clear Channel Entertainment. He began his career at CMI in 1992 and played an integral part in the development, growth and overall success of the company.

During his tenure as CEO of CMI, Charlie structured offices in New York, Atlanta, Charlotte and San Francisco. He increased revenues by over 100 percent, and helped to elevate the company to a top ten ranking in Promo magazines’ prestigious listing of the top 100 promotion agencies in the U.S.

Charlie has developed award-winning programs for clients including ABC, Apple, AT&T, CBS, Coca-Cola, Levi Strauss & Co., Nabisco, NBA, NFL, Newsweek magazine, Nike, Reebok, Rolling Stone Magazine, Schering Plough Health Care Products, Unilever and YouTube, among others. Charlie spearheaded CMI’s massive experiential marketing effort at the 2002 Olympics on behalf of Coca-Cola, Kodak and McDonald’s. Additionally, CMI was awarded a 2002 Reggie Award for its Coca-Cola “Harry Potter” programming that was activated in more than 25 countries under Charlie’s direction.

Neil Callahan

Division President, Digital Solutions


Neil is immersed in all things digital at 'mktg', and he's also leading the charge in our Business Development Group. He's a whiz at developing integrated marketing strategies, organizations, processes and technologies.

Before joining us, Neil started the Sitaro Group, a top marketing resource management company that partnered with the Ad Council, Adobe, AT&T, Cisco, IBM, the NBA, SAP and Young & Rubicam. He was also the Vice President of Strategy at Y&R / Wunderman, working closely with AT&T, IBM, Citibank and other clients. Before that, Neil was a senior manager with Andersen Consulting (Accenture) in the Change Management practice.

James Ferguson

Division President, Promotion


With over 20 years of experience encompassing every conceivable marketing discipline, James has become a master of developing fully integrated marketing programs.

During that time, James has filled many valuable roles, including VP Sales and Marketing, VP of Operations, and SVP of Client Services. He currently heads our Promotion Division.

At every step, our clients have benefited from James’s strategic marketing leadership and savvy.

Some of the clients he has helped shepherd along the way include Procter and Gamble, Chiquita, Fresh Express, Kikkoman International, Bayer HealthCare, Nature’s Way, and Fast Mart Convenience Stores.

Frank Dudley

Chief Marketing Officer


Frank Dudley is chief marketing officer of 'mktg'. Frank oversees the Research, Planning and Analytics function for the company as well as all marketing related initiatives.

Prior to 'mktg', Mr. Dudley served as vice president of marketing for Guideline, Inc., one of the country’s largest custom market research companies with affiliates in over 90 countries. Mr. Dudley has served on the founding management teams of several successful, digital professional services firms. He was executive vice president and chief marketing officer for Virtusa, Inc., an offshore, multinational software development services firm that went public in July 2007. He has also served as executive vice president and chief innovation officer for ZEFER Corporation, a successful Internet professional services firm founded out of the Harvard Business School, and as chief creative officer for Viant Corporation, one of the most successful internet professional services firms to go public in 1999.

Mr. Dudley was one of the pioneers in the digital marketing and media industry, having served as first Director of the Internet Advertising Bureau.

David Arnold

Executive Vice President, Production


With more than 20 years experience, David oversees our East and West Coast production teams to produce outstanding events for all clients.

Driven and exceptionally organized, David’s eye for details keeps our productions running smoothly. When he’s not budgeting, sourcing, scheduling, overseeing and calming, David’s thinking about budgeting, sourcing, scheduling, overseeing and calming.

Most recently, David was Executive Vice President, Production for mktgpartners. Before that, David started Parallel Production Services Inc., where he staged and produced such events as NFL and CFL halftime shows, North American and European theater, opera and ballet tours, consumer trade shows, and major fundraisers featuring entertainers Patti LaBelle and Tom Jones.

C.A. Martella

Executive Vice President, Executive Creative Director


As the ECD for 'mktg', Chip draws on his extensive international experience as a creative strategist and brand consultant, having stewarded numerous integrated marketing initiatives for Fortune 100 clients in over 13 countries in the past 20 years.

Chip's current responsibilities include leading the 'mktg' Studio in developing creative design solutions for our entire portfolio of clients. In addition, Chip serves as the Executive Sponsor of the Nintendo account, and was responsible for building the agency’s first insight/strategy team.

Immediately prior to this, Chip was a Managing Partner and Global Innovation Director for Fusion 5 - a strategic brand consultancy that specialized in creating and managing worldwide innovation initiatives and long term strategy assignments for brands like Coca-Cola, Ford, Daimler-Chrysler, Procter & Gamble, HBO, VH1, Miller and Diageo.

Rachelle McDonough

Executive Vice President, Field Activation


Since 2006, Rachelle and her team have implemented a mind-boggling 50,000+ events a year in 44 markets for Diageo. She leads 85 regional directors and event managers, along with more than 5,000 samplers.

Before joining us, Rachelle managed field networks for Big Fat Promotions, where she ran the HoReCa network for Brown and Williamson, which had 70 team members across the country.

Rachelle is an expert at creating processes and utilizing technology to run large-scale business models more efficiently. She has also run a retail design shop and worked on merchandising and promotional campaigns for Chase Manhattan Bank and Nestle USA.

Michael Stoner

Executive Vice President, Client Services


Drawing from vast experience on both the client and agency sides, Michael leads our client services group and the Diageo business.

A member of our management team since September 2005, Michael has helped to instill a performance-based culture that has transformed the way we measure programming and ourselves as an agency.

Before joining us, Michael spent 12 years at Schieffelin & Somerset Co (a joint-venture of Diageo and Moet-Hennessy), where he held nearly every marketing role from Brand Manger, Johnnie Walker to SVP, Scotch and SVP, Marketing Resources. In these capacities Michael created programming, like the Johnnie Walker Journey, which we continue to execute today 18 years later.

Michael spent another 10 years on the agency side, managing clients for FCB, Saatchi + Saatchi, Angotti/Thomas/Hedge and BSB, on top brands like Coors, Miller, Foster’s, Toyota, Hyundai, and Verizon.

Colin Campbell

General Manager, Toronto


Colin has been building some of Canada’s best sponsorship and marketing programs since the 80s, starting with the creation of Canadian Hockey League marketing properties.

Before his time at 'mktg' and mktgpartners, Colin was handling strategic planning, sales and relationship management for IMG Canada. Colin also worked at Toronto's MacLaren-McCann Advertising as Account Director for the General Motors of Canada sponsorship programs, creating relationships and strategy with MLB’s Toronto Blue Jays and Hockey Canada for the Chevrolet and Cadillac brands.

A competitive hockey player since the age of 5, who continues to play to this day, Colin also worked in a variety of sports marketing roles. Among them were his positions as Executive Producer and Principal of Junior Hockey Magazine Radio, and director of marketing for the Canadian Hockey League.

Patty Hubbard

General Manager, San Francisco


Patty has a ton of experience in sports and entertainment marketing. She has developed blockbuster national marketing initiatives for such powerhouses as Reebok, AT&T, Coca-Cola, VISA, Levi’s, Electronic Arts and others.

In addition to being a Partner in mktgpartners and General Manager of their San Francisco office, Patty worked at On Board Entertainment and before that, with the Clear Channel Entertainment group in their New York, Atlanta and San Francisco offices. Prior to that, Patty spearheaded marketing and promotions for the Providence Bruins, helping the team lead North America in minor league hockey attendance.

When not running around the office, Patty is usually running in a triathlon or skiing in Lake Tahoe.

John Mousseau

General Manager, Chicago


With more than 20 years of consumer marketing, promotion and sponsorship experience, John's keen eye for detail and dogged pursuit of efficiency keep our Chicago office running.

At mktgpartners, John managed the Nike, NCAA and CBS accounts in New York. He then moved into operations to develop comprehensive systems and processes.

Before joining us, John was Vice President of Sponsorship & Promotion for Fogdog Sports, a leading sporting goods web retailer. Responsible for strategic development and implementation, John helped build Fogdog to a $30 million company.

Prior to Fogdog, John held various positions at MasterCard International, CBS Television and Kraft General Foods.

Kendall Allen

Senior Vice President, Digital Marketing Services


Kendall Allen is SVP, Group Account Director for New York, also driving Digital Marketing Services for the company. She leads industry relations and thought leadership, new business and client development for Digital. She oversees all client relations and the account teams for the group, co-leading the client-base with Michael Stoner who runs the Diageo business.

Allen's 15-year path to 'mktg' led from print to digital media, from publisher to agency-side. She first spent a few years covering emergent media and technology in the SF Bay Area. Moving from print to the interactive realm during its most formative years, Allen helped found Thrive, an AOL/Time Inc. joint online venture, ultimately leading consumer marketing and distribution for the company, after assisting to establish all of the original content and community infrastructure. She has held top posts at USWeb/CKS and Euro RSCG Circle, where she served as VP Strategic Services and General Manager for the West and its practices in digital technology, marketing and design. Allen’s most recent post before joining ‘mktg’ was as Managing Director for NYC based Incognito Digital, LLC.

Additionally, she was on the founding floor of Search Marketing, as an original executive at Fathom Online and then regional Director of Client Services for iCrossing. She contributes heavily to media thought leadership, as frequent speaker on the Search Engine Strategies circuit; editorial contributor to Media Post and iMedia; and periodic NYU guest lecturer. She also sits on the Producers Guild of America, New Media Council and the Association of Downloadable Media, Ad Council.

Her personal client history includes Ask Jeeves, Chandon, Intel, Intuit, VOOM, American Express, Fairmont, Colgate-Palmolive, Bloomberg, Haier America, OKI, Fox and FX.
