Chase the Extraordinary was a six month mobile marketing campaign that traveled to over 200 of IHG's
company managed hotels in North and South America. The purpose of the tour was to engage employees and
roll out profit driving and cost saving environmental initiatives at each hotel. We wanted to create a
program that would help achieve IHG’s strategic priorities and would motivate employees at all levels to
think outside the box and find ways to improve the way we do business. The logistics of this program were
very complex. We had to coordinate event schedules of over 200 hotels, in 11 countries, with employees
speaking 4 different languages and manage the travel of over 30 company executives. 'mktg' brought
an expertise in designing and executing mobile tours that truly made this program a success. |
